THE DILIGENT MAN NEVER TAKES
"NO" FOR AN ANSWER!
This doesn't mean
that he keeps bugging the same person over and over. But
it does mean that a "NO" answer, from one
person or many, will not stop him. Sooner or later he
will find the person who says "yes".
Don't take
"no" as some sort of a sign from God to stop.
Don't take a slammed door or a denial of opportunity as a
sign from God. God's already told you to keep asking,
keep seeking and keep knocking.
Don't try
to figure out why obvious doors remain shut, because the
diligent man only knows to go to the next door. As you
become successful, you will find many of those formerly
shut doors are now opening to you.
Your true
enemies are not the people who seemingly have the power
to stop you. Your true enemies are found within you -
discouragement, hurt feelings, laziness, self-pity,
withdrawal, pessimism and dejection.
